ARCHITECTURE

There are three main tiers to the Pegador SOA EMS architecture which include the network element interface, the server component and the client interface. The NE tier uses standard SNMP protocols to interface to the nodes. The Server tier includes a host of key services that communicate with each other to provide a comprehensive, unified look and feel. These services are hosted within JBOSS and the TMF services to provide leading edge web technologies and a northbound interface. The client tier can then make use of these services by interoperating them with their existing OSS systems or utilize the GUI on the EMS for display and management.
