BOARD OF DIRECTORS Rob Keil Rob Keil co-founded Hammerhead Systems in January 2002 and served as President and CEO for the company’s first 16 months. Since that time he has served as the company’s Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. Rob co-founded Hammerhead as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Foundation Capital, a Silicon Valley venture capital firm. Previously, Rob was the Vice President of Marketing at optical networking company Zaffire. Prior to Zaffire, Rob spent 4 years at Cisco as a Senior Group Manager for product management in the Multiservice Switching Business Unit, where he launched their flagship IP+ATM product line, the MGX 8800 series, and was responsible for 4 carrier product lines that generated over $300 million in annual revenue. Previously, Rob was a Group Manager, Product Planning at StrataCom and a Senior Product Manager at Motorola Codex. Rob spent his early career in business development with Intel, venture capital with Bain Capital, and strategy consulting with Bain & Company. Rob received his MBA from the Harvard Business School and his BS cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. |
